The queen room was spotless and had central heating, pay television, and a cable TV with on-demand movies.

The breakfast was tasty with a good variety, the rooms had big TVs, and the staff was friendly, so we'd definitely come back.

The room was immaculate and big, equipped with a large TV and a nice shower. the location was magnificent, being so close to downtown Gainesville and the town's main square. - Additionally, it is right in the City Center. 

The hotel was nicely renovated and well-maintained. The personnel from the front desk to the maid service were very friendly. The property is situated in a central, quiet area where I never heard a thing. 

Amazing base for exploring Gainesville. Nicely renovated hotel with excellent staff from the front desk to the maid service. Extremely comfy bed. Marvellous location in a very nice area, near great restaurants, shopping, and the downtown area. Healthy and great meals. 

The location of the hotel is central and stunning, near the police station. It is conveniently located next door to the downtown area, restaurants, shops, coffee shops, and the mountains. The room had basic facilities such as climate

Air conditioning system was noisy and inconsistent with temperature. Comforters were lumpy, pillows too airy. Carpeting was dated, room upholstered chairs stained.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, convenient location, safe for solo traveler, excellent customer service.

No complaints.
